The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Economics and Statistics System provides timely access to more the 140 agricultural data sets, including milk and dairy sales, European wheat sales, food spending in U.S. households and fertilizer use. Most data sets are in Lotus 1-2-3 (.wk1) format. The system is maintained by Cornell University, Mann Library.
